If the story going round is anything to go by, female students of Nigeria’s top private University, Covenant University in Ota, Ogun State have been banned from wearing make-up and high heels on campus.
According to the student handbook for 2013 to 2017, Covenant Universy has banned the use of anytype of makeup and high heeled shoes until further notice.
This came after some Covenant’s alumnis were appointed into key positions in the school.
Nigerian students especially ladies have started expressing their disgust at the wake of this new law online.
May be this is causing some distraction on campus.
The administration of the school cannot just pass any law without a valid reason for it.

Yeah! Good move dia. Of wat use is make ups & high heel in a citadel of learning by d way? Has a University bcm a fashion parade or a party hall? Infact, dey shld go ahead 2 ban more tins lk skin-tight, short skirts above d knee, suspeded tops dat exposes dia belly n navels n all dos devlish stuffs, rubbish.

i think that ,they should tell these student to dress like saudi arabian, in order to face what they are in school for. and then call a barber to cut off their hair, shave them off, and they should not put on earing, no painting of nails, they should not have television in their rooms. they should also ban them for spending more than ten naira.

The student should not wear shoe, and they eat once a day, they should also ban them from going out after 6pm, and wake them up by 4 am to clean the whole of the convenat university. they should be make to tidy up the kitchen, and wash plates of all the student, they shoudl drink gari and epa for lunch
aaah aaahh because they all need to be tortured, because some of them behave like a whore, they should also use padlock to close their passage untill when they finish their study, and start work , then they would open the passage when they are twenty five or thirty.

What nonsense ! Are these students in high school or college? Smartness comes from the brain not from outside source. If u like lock a dumb-ass in a closet with all the educational resource in this world… Nothing will make that brain smart.

pls, i am going to covenant university, i heard tablets, ipods and sim enabled phones are banned, i also want to confirm wether usage of ipods are also banned, ipods are not sim enabled phones
