April 27, 2017 – Davido’s Father Deji Adeleke Opens Up On Late Brother Isiaka Adeleke’s Death, Says Cause Of Death Still Unknown

The younger brother of late Senator Isiaka Adeleke has revealed that the cause of his untimely death is yet to be determined.

At a news conference in Ede yesterday, Dr Deji Adeleke said the deceased didn’t die of injection overdose as earlier reported.

He said it will take another 2 weeks to know what killed him.

Here are his words:

“My brother never encouraged thuggery or violence during his lifestyle. His death is painful and the family is still dreaming whether he is alive or not because our brother was not sick before his sudden death.

“We have cried and cried but we cannot query God. However, we want to mourn our late brother in peace and not violence. I want to use this opportunity to appeal to the people to stop speculations and spreading rumours about the cause of his death.”

Dr Deji Adeleke, the father of star singer Davido is known as a man of few words.

God knows best, if indeed he was poisoned as being speculated, may those responsible not die if that is possible. Rest in peace. When things like this happen, it’s saying something to those of us still alive.
