Don’t Let Anything To Steal Your Joy

I’d like to say, morning commute is always smooth, no traffic, no accidents, and no delays. Its a wonderful dream, until you come back to reality. More like the noises car horns and the occasional cursing. It’s a total mess and a headache. The only way I can endure this painful journey. I have to prepare myself, prepare my mind, body, and soul. Am I going to let this traffic kill my joy? It may ruin my happiness temporarily, but my joy in the pit of my core, is still in tact.

Pray before leaving the house. No matter what happens around you isn’t going to kill your joy. goes wrong on your route. We can’t control every single detail or the scene we walk into. Sometimes, stuff happen beyond our control and there is nothing you can do about it. Nothing you can physically do, but you can control how you feel, react. Don’t ever let anything steal your joy. Happiness is temporary, but joy is permanent.

Don’t live trapped in your offenses.

Which would you choose? Too often we allow situations, people, or environments to dictate our feelings. We allow it to tamper with our emotions and turn them into chaos. The situations starts to spiral out of control. Now we’re moody, isolated, and depressed by unforeseen events happening. Plans don’t always work out, and you can forget about trying to control people. It’s just not going to happen.

You don’t possess any super powers to manipulate every situation to your liken.

Life isn’t built like that, it’s never easy for any of us. But God. He’s omnipotent, omnipresent, and omniscient! Nothing happens unless He gives it the green light to go. Sometimes we just gotta let go and have hope it will all come together. It doesn’t mean we should stop working, sit on the sidelines, and just be a spectator. You still have to keep doing your part, fulfilling a destiny.

Don’t allow your pride to distract you. Don’t allow pride to smoke out your joy.

When you see things from Gods perspective, you’ll notice He has been working in your life. You’ll see the bigger picture unfold before your eyes. Look outside the box. You’ll begin to see the beauty of God everywhere. Settle in on the fact, you’ve got joy on the inside. Nothing can ever take that away. Joy is knowing God has you in the palm of his hands regardless of what mess the enemy is trying to make.

Just don’t forget to smile.
