Nollywood actor Emeka who was ejected from his school property by his landlord last year has threatened him with a 2 billion naira lawsuit.
The popular actor was forced out of the property over his refusal to pay his 83-year-old ailing landlord his rent.
After several months of legal battle, he was eventually sent packing by the court.
In a recent interview, the actor has threatened to sue the man.
He further said he has relocated his school to an undisclosed location on the Island.
