The traditional ruler of Owerri ancient Kingdom, Eze Emmanuel Njemanze has passed on.

The monarch who ruled for twenty seven years reportedly died at this palace yesterday at the age of 84.

In 2012, his beautiful palace was gutted by a mystery fire, a move that forced him to relocate permanently to his own mansion in Owerri where he resided till his death.

Imo State Governor Okorocha paid his family a condolence visit yesterday.

May his soul rest in peace (amen).

  1. In 2012 his beautiful palace was gutted by a MYSTERIOUS FIRE.

Uneasy lie the head that wears the crown. There are so many arrows flying around every kingship stool. There are spritual arrows, physical arrows, traditional arrows which is also the deadliest.
Let there be peace in Owerri and the entire Imo State.

    I take a stroll…
