Yvonne Nelson Angry As Ghanaian Police Refuses To Arrest Nigerian Man Who Beat Her Up

A Nigerian man identified as Elvis Eze who allegedly beat up Ghanaian actress Yvonne Nelson few months ago has returned to Ghana weeks after he fled to Nigeria in a bid to escape arrest.

In an exclusive chat with Multi TV, Yvonne Nelson said she is angry because the man who assaulted her is now a free man as police refuses to arrest him.

However, the Crime Officer in charge of the case, Felix Anyidoho blamed the actress for leaving conflicting statement at the police station.

The officer said Yvonne Nelson told him Eze has travelled to Nigeria.

According to the Crime Officer, “Yvonne told me three weeks ago while she was assisting the police in investigations that the Elvis had traveled back to Nigeria.

“So she wants us to go to Nigeria and look for just an assault suspect, is it a murder? The information now is that, the guy is in town so we’ll make the two of them come to meet commander and we’ll see what we can do,” Anyidoho added.
