The former Military ruler has returned to his hometown of Minna, Niger State after weeks of medial treatment abroad.
IBB spent close to a month at an undisclosed hospital in Germany for cancer related treatment.
The retired General who was reported to have died earlier this week arrived Minna this evening in the company of his son Aminu and daughter Halima.
