The chairman of Oputa Panel and ex-Supreme court judge has passed on.
Justice Chukwudifu Akunne Oputa passed away today after over 3 months battle with an age related illness.
When his health situation got worse late last year, his son, Charly Boy begged fans to remember his ailing father in their prayers.
His death was confirmed this afternoon by his maverick son.
Justice Oputa passed away this afternoon in Abuja at age 96.
May his soul rest in perfect peace (amen).
