What Causes Obesity

Obesity is generally caused by eating too much and moving too little. If you consume high amounts of energy from your diet, particularly from fat and sugars, but do not burn off the energy through exercise and physical activity, much of the surplus energy is then stored by the body as fat.

Obesity is a risk factor for fatal heart attacks even for people who do not have the conditions normally associated with cardiovascular disease, such as diabetes and high blood pressure, a study shows.

May his soul rest in peace.

Respect the dead. The assumption that a distended abdomen is ONLY indicative of obesity reveals one’s medical expertise. Dede One may have had an underlying liver pathology seen in ascites or even a peritoneal cancer.
