In Niger State, Abubakar Sani Bello was ahead of PDP’s Umar Gado Nasko in most polling units in Chanchaga, Bida, Shiroro, Magama, Kontagora, Borgu, Rijau, Rafi and Suleja Local Government Areas.

The APC candidate was equally coasting home to victory in Lapai, Tafa, Edati, Lavun and Mokwa local government areas of the state.
