Nigerian Comedian MC Peteru Is Dead – Popular MC Dies Of Colon Cancer
Popular Nigerian comedian Oluwatobi Owomoyela is dead.
The Ibadan-based comic star lost his short battle to cancer of the colon, on Wednesday the 21st of December 2022.
The comedian popularly called MC Peteru was reportedly diagnosed with the disease while he was in South Africa.
On returning back to Nigeria, he tried all he could to bring himself back to wholeness but all his efforts to fight the dreaded disease failed.
An insider said he passed away on Wednesday at his family home in Ibadan.
The comedian was well known for his unique delivery in mimicking people. He was also an MC and an on-air personality in Ibadan shortly before he relocated to South Africa.
