Austin Ndife died in Nepal on Monday December 24, 2012 following a cardiac arrest.

The footballer came to Nepal for trials but he hadn’t joined any club prior to his death at a popular health care center in Bansbari, Nepal.

The 21-year-old Nigerian footballer suffered a heart attack two weeks prior to his admission at the hospital where he died.

Austin Ndife‘s bossom friend, Michael Ntife said the deceased arrived Nepal a couple of weeks ago and had showed up for trial for a Division outfits Three Star, Friends and Bauddha.

“We have pleaded with ANFA to make proper arrangements for sending his body to Nigeria,” said Michael Ntife.
