Nollywood Course has find its way into the Nigerian University Curriculum, KWASU has set up a committee that will oversee the establishment of a department for Nollywood studies.

According to Leadership, the VC of Kwara State University, Professor AbdulRasheed Na’ Allah disclosed this to reporters during a Conference on African Cinema tagged  “African Cinema and the Supernatural” that held on Monday.

He said when operational, the centre would be charged with the responsibility of highlighting the role and effects of Nollywood films in the society.
