Omoni Oboli Urges Women In Abusive Relationship To Quit Before They Are Killed

Nigerian Actress Omoni Oboli has cried out about incessant domestic violence in Nigeria.
In her outburst on Instagram, the Wives on Strike movie producer said “Although marriage is great, it is not the greatest thing and no marriage is worth dying for”.
Her message is coming days after a Danish man killed his Nigerian wife in Ikoyi Lagos.
Omoni urged victims of domestic violence to run at the first hint of violence.
“Run for your life, don’t wait until you are dead” she said.

Supported.men should quit abusive marriage or relationship as well.violence should not be tolerated on any side of the aisle..tit for tat.

These has bn on for quite sometimes now, I still don’t get it, why would one endure/ tolerate an abusive marriage. All in the name of what people will say. Oftentimes, one party won’t live to tell the story and the other party will be free, mostly if he or she is influential (Godfather……) Its a pity, she’s long gone. Her liltle sis will always talk in her favour. Oyeleye n yewande, a case study. Case was twisted later on. I hope our ladies will ignore, whatsoever someone who can’t feel their pains will say and walk out on an abusive marriage. Its better for one to be alive, than to be sent on an errand of no return….untimely.
