Omotola Jalade Allegedly Insulted, Snubbed Fan At Couple’s Retreat – Disappointed Fan Recounts Ordeal
Here is an email NG received from a die-hard fan of Nollywood Queen Omotola Jalade who is currently in a celebratory mood as she clocked 40 on Wednesday.
The fan who goes by the name Tolani was among those who went for Omosexy’s Couple retreat in Lagos today but she was dazed when the actress allegedly gave her a cold shoulder as she attempted to greet her.
Here is how the dazed fan registered her displeasure in an email sent to NG today.
“Today is the worst day of my life in fact if not for God I feel like dying. After using the last penny on me and the money meant for my exam to attend Omotola’s birthday retreat, the only thing I got from it is insult. When I was entering the event hall, I hear some people screaming and when I looked in the direction, I saw my goddess. Oh gosh, I adored her angelic look. I did not know what made me rush to her side but as I was about getting close to her, I did not know what came over me, I was just shouting Omosexy omosexy and before I knew what was happening, her mood changed.
You need to see the look she gave me. Infact, the way she looked at me as nobody almost gave me heart attack. I cried my heart out in the washroom before taking my leave. What pained me most is that I have already paid N25,000 but I can’t stay in that environment because she has already disgraced me. I have unfollowed her on Twitter and Instagram. From today on, I’m no longer her fan. She is not the Omotola I thought she was.”
Omotola’s couple retreat program is currently ongoing at the Landmark Tower in Victoria Island Lagos.
The event which started at 5pm will wrap up at 10pm.

I want to belong mentality .this clown sacrificied her time,energy& money meant for school exam to gate crash a party only to spew trash.u werent welcome to the event and unfollowing her will not make omotola not to eat tmrrw.she might be arrogant but minding your business next time woukd have saved u such embarrasment.

Omotola had always been pleasant and friendly and this is a surprise. If she did that,then that was not nice. May be the way the lady shouted her name was too loud. Remember she is a mom even though she is a star.

Yeah, thats probably because she saw foolishness written all over you. You took your exam money and spent it on couple’s retreat, aside of that being called diversion of funds, it was for the wrong reasons. Your village people must really be on your case. Person wey don arrive de live her life jejely, you wey your life never complete carry your exam money go her party. She never look you somehow, your cry sef never begin. Anuofia! Cheap celebraty in Nigerial abeggg.. we were un the same flight from lindon at one point I dont even look at them nigerian faje celebs as celebrities abegggg.. I am a celebrity myself if you call these fake nigerian things celebrity..
