Dec 4, 2014 – Picture: 7 PDP Governors Prostrate To Beg Obasanjo To Support Jonathan In Abeokuta Ogun State Nigeria

PDP politicians have come to realise that without Obansanjo’s backing, Jonathan will lose woefully next year so they have resorted to using false humility to woo Obasanjo’s heart back to his former political son, President Jonathan.

Check out the 7 PDP governors prostrating to beg for Obasanjo’s forgiveness at his hilltop mansion in Abeokuta today.

“Don’t beg me, Tell your oga that Nigeria situation is bad” – Obasanjo tells prostrating PDP governors

Now that they have performed their traditional duty to their Ota PDP ‘god’ the next thing on their agenda is President Jonathan’s grand visit.

Don’t be surprised if Jonathan takes 20 cows and 10 gallons of palm oil there because the gods are angry…LOL

Chei! Naija monitician…. na wa 4 una.

This is nothing but absolute display of shame, failure, and imcompentence. How? Only a foolish politician beg a single man for his election or reelection bid. President Jonathan sent seven lazy governors to beg the most unpopular politicians in Yoruba land in order to get reelected for third term after he has failed suffering Nigerian people miserably. Obasanjo support wouldn’t have matter if president Jonathan has good records to run on. Now I know that failure is a bad thing. Begging one man when you have lost support of over 170 millions great Nigerian citizens doesn’t make any sense to me.

This president should know that begging Obasanjo doesn’t persuade Yoruba voters to cast our precious votes for a man who had almost six years to make a different but failed miserably. If I were president Jonathan, I will beg God Almighty rather than prostrating before a failure just like him. That case of those missing school children kidnapped by Boko Haram is enough reason for this president to resign his position instead of seeking for reelection at all costs. It will be very impossible for this do-nothing president to rig next presidential election because he will lose that election to the opposition party in a landslide defeat. Thousands of Baba Iyabo supports can not undo damage done to suffering Nigerian people due president Jonathan wicked economic policies like 75% increase in the prices of petrol and kerosene prices just few weeks after he was reelected in 2011. More than 150,000 innocent children, fathers and mothers have been murdered by Boko Haram on his watch. Unemployment rate among our able youths is nothing to talk about, prices of food products have sky rocketed in our various markets and corruption is at the highest level ever. Beg who you want to beg Mr. Presido, you will never get Nigerian votes ever again.

I do not see anything wrong about that its just like a prodigal son that realized his mistakes and quickly went back to his father and beg for forgivenes an blessings its a brave step for Jonathan.

If this is true, then I pity Nigeria. Obasanjo should have left politics long time ago. What political post does he hold He’s more in the headlines than Jonathan. In a civilized society he ought to have resigned quietly. These past leaders have refused to let Nigeria move on. It’s time for a revolution. Look at what happened in Burkina Faso last month the people had had enough of a corrupt government so they did what they felt was right for the country. I doubt it if there will ever be a revolution in Nigeria. Nigerians are too cowardly. We make the loudest noise about corruption, and yet we do nothing about.
