Imagine a situation where dare devil robbers equipped with sophisticated weapons go on operation and at the end of it, escape using high powered speed boats.
Our policemen are required to chase after them using canoe. How do we expect them to catch the robbers.
That is why most of them never respond to distress call involving armed robberies.
The government needs to do something urgently.
