Meet 3-year-old Indian girl Ahana Afzal.
This toddler is suffering from a rare disease that baffled doctors.
Her condition caused her to weep tears of blood about two years ago while suffering from Pneumonia but doctors diagnosed her with a high fever.
As at the time of this report, Afzal she still bleeds from her ears, eyes and mouth despite having no visible scratches.
Her condition always leaves her exhausted with crippling migraines.
Her parents are now working round the clock to raise money so doctors can carry out tests to find out what is causing her problem.
