It would have been nice or better, if she wears it to sexually attract her boyfriend in the room. Red signifies ‘sexually hot.’ It’s form of signaling or inviting your significant other about your state of mind. This is not the type of dress to wear for evening outing. It’s just didn’t add up. She was probably advised wrongly. The dress is poorly designed, couple with exposed-flat-boobs looking like a female chimpanzee’s chest. This is totally uncultured of a typical Africa woman. You don’t have to expose any part of your body before you’re attractive to the opposite sex. Stupid Western Culture that’s spreading like bone-marrow cancer.
