Just two days to the election, a massive fire has engulfed the administrative section of the Federal High Court in Maitama area of Abuja this afternoon.

The inferno caused by power surge reportedly destroyed the Probate Section that handled administration letters and wills.

A witness said the power surge was caused by sudden restoration of electricity to the building.

All the documents in the Probate Section was destroyed with no backup available.
