The young men who planned the abduction of First Class Lagos Monarch Oniba of Ibaland, Oba Goriola Oseni have been arrested.
The 4 key suspects identified as Fresh Yerin, Anthony Reuben, Isaiah Ododomo and Furejo Duba were today charged for murder, armed robbery and kidnapping.
The suspects who allegedly carried out the criminal offence on Saturday the 16th of July 2016 at the monarch’s palace also shot and killed his security detail before injuring the monarch’s wife, Olori Oseni Abosede while trying to rob her at gunpoint.
Lagos State Commissioner for Justice, Adeniji Kazeem ordered Justice Taiwo to try the suspects in the court of law to ensure justice is serviced to late Sunday Eniola Okanlawon and Joseph Okeke who died in the hands of the suspects on the day of the attack.
