Meet Catholic Priest of Abakaliki Diocese, Rev Father Christopher Okorie who recently renounced his priesthood and married a beautiful woman.

The former priest who now prefers to be called Dr Onyekachi Okorie has denied the reports that he was suspended for the church.

He is now happily married to former Miss Onyekachi Obasi.

As at the time of this report, the Catholic Diocese of Abakaliki is yet to make an official statement regarding his exit.

Rev. Christopher Okorie exit came few months after another priest, Rev Benjamin Agbo threatened to quit service and start his own church.

Okorie is now happily married to Ogonna Obasi.

Though the couple did their traditional wedding few weeks ago, their legal wedding only took place in Abakaliki this past Wednesday, November 2nd 2016.

It is better to marry than to burn.  Happy married life to the couple.
