The Cultist Who Killed A Retired Headmistress Still On The Run
Happy Agbagbayan, a notorious serial killer in Benin city Edo State is yet to be arrested. He has been on the run since he killed a newly retired headmistress Mrs Clara Nwaifo.
The deceased
The late headmistress met her untimely death early last month when Happy Agbagbayan met her by the gate of her house and gave her a gun shot which led to her death.
He lives in this compound but he has not been found since.
Hope the police can catch up with him before he shed the blood of another innocent person.
