Nigerian Military Officer Who Slept With Colleague’s Wife In Ibadan Dismissed, Lt Musa Mustapha Bature Pleads For Mercy
38-year-old Regimental Medical Doctor with the Nigerian Army who hails from Kebbi state was found guilty of having sexual intercourse with the pregnant wife of his colleague at Adekunle Fajuyi Cantonment of the 2 Division, Ojo, Ibadan in Oyo State.
Lt Musa Bature has been dismissed from the army after he reportedly confessed to the crime and pleaded with military authorities to give him corrective punishment rather than a terminal one.
The married father of two had a notorious history of sleeping with women in his 4 years of service.
His last sexual escapade involved the wife of a fellow officer whom he took advantage of when she visited his clinic for consultation on a gynaecological case.
Officials said after seeing the newly-married woman, Bature insisted on conducting a more detailed examination of her. He disregarded prescribed medical ethics requiring that such examination be carried out in the presence of a chaperon.
Bature reportedly forced himself on the innocent woman before she cried out for help.

After dismissal he should be jailed,and also reaped of his medical certificate if he has one. Bcos he is not fit to be a medical doctor.

If actually this ex-army officer is a qualified medical doctor he should be jailed and had his medical certificate crossed so that this will teach others proffesionals in that trade a good lesson.if this man goes score free he will still going to do the act again actually this is not the first time only he was cut by nature jail him.

This man is nothing but a disgrace to the medical profession.The medical association should place full disciplinary action on him,one of which should be the withdrawal of his medical certificate.He should be barred from practicing. How would he feel if the story is vice versa?
