Ex-President Olusegun Obasanjo was in Ile Ife yesterday to welcome Ooni-elect Prince Enitan Adeyeye Ogunwusi.
Obasanjo paid homage to Ogunwusi as he was presented to his people.
An aide to the former President said Obasanjo travelled to Ife yesterday because he had an overseas trip scheduled for today.
Meanwhile, a lifeless body of an unidentified man littered Ife tollgate as indigenes of Ife troop out to welcome their new king.
