Ex Agege bread seller turned overnight celebrity has become the brand ambassador of Shirley’s Confectionery, a bakery company in Abuja.

Olajumoke was presented with a certificate to that effect as well as the firm’s branded shirt at its office in Gwarimpa.

According to Shirley’s Confectionery, its decision to adopt and unveil Olajumoke as their brand ambassador followed her unusual success story which has become a source of wonder and reference to many Nigerians.

The story of the young lady is one that most Nigerians are familiar with, a Cinderella-like narrative of grass to grace, of sudden glitz and glamour.

The fairy tale continues apace.

My advice to this lady is to invest whatever he makes in this boom wisely. It looks to me that it is not going to last. She may drop back to oblivion the very way she had shot out of it. Invest your money wisely while the attention lasts, so that when the breeze starts blowing someone else, you would not have to go back to hawking bread again.

I don’t know why people are so shallow minded. Drop into oblivion? Have you read the history of some successful men and women in Nigeria or even abroad. Please read good books and stop making irrelevant comments.

Olajumoke needs basic education. Ambassador that cannot speak a sentence in correct English grammar. Is that what Nigeria is about in the 21st century?

Fellow Nigerians let us continue to rejoice with this lady Jumoke for being so lucky. God has his way of doing things which is beyond human comprehension. He knows when to bring people from no where and make them celebrities. One of them is Jumoke. It is not easy to hawk bread in temperate weather like Nigeria. I think it worth celebrating. There are lot of folks who never taught they will become somebody in life but Gods paved way for them to be successful in mysterious way. Abraham Lincoln one of the past president of United Stated was born by a farmer parents while George Washington came from rich background but they both achieve the same goal by becoming the president of United States of America. Tyler Perry one of highest paid Hollywood celebrity was once poor, he was an homeless sleeping in his car. What happened to him? God lifted him up. Jumoke, the sky is not the limit for you but the beginning.

@LoLa Is a ****** to read ur comments about her (Jumoke) Inability to Speak English…Sorry who told you been able to speak English is ultimate to success??? So many Billionnairs in China Russia ND India NON OF THEM CAN SPEAK A WORD OF English WHY BCOS THEY AV DIA OWN LANGUAGE AND THEY CHOSE TO SPEAK DIA LANGUAGE in whatever or wherever dey go…Ig U follow UN conference Chinese, Russians, Arabas, Indians will all dia languages and got an interpreter to interpret it for them (Paid for the UN) Is only in Nig we have this ***** orientation that you must speak English before you can belong…..Even statistics has it that it will be productive to teach people in dia own language than a foreign language…So either you congratulate Jumoke or ****************
