Meet miracle baby Silas Philips who was delivered recently at the Cedars-Sinai Hospital in California.
His tiny feet and hands were very visible in his amniotic sac.
Even doctors called his birth a medical miracle after a Caesarean section surgery was performed on his mother. His mother was shocked to see the amniotic sac still intact after birth as he gets good supply of oxygen several minutes after birth.
