18-year-old Saadatu became Kano’s Emir Sanusi Lamido’s 4th wife last week Friday after he (Sanusi) asked her hands in marriage from the current emir of Adamawa.
Sa’adatu Barkindo Musdafa who turned 18 two days to her wedding day has secured an admission at a University in the UK.
She is set to resume school this coming January.
