Sept 22, 2015 – Pictures: Truck Drivers Still Moving Containers On Lagos Roads Weeks After Ban
More trucks were spotted in Lagos State today about 4 weeks after Governor Ambode restricted their movements to night.
It seems Lagos State Government is not serious about the ban that could save many more innocent people from untimely deaths.
These trucks were spotted in the wee hours of today in Ikorodu area of Lagos.

Before you ban anything, there should be alternative.
Are truck drivers not Nigerians, what is the security put in place to safe guide their lives in the process of working in the night.
Are the roads motor able, do we have street lights to expose the workers of darkness, do we have garages they can park and wait till night after loading, do NPA have staff that works I. The night for the loading of the containers?
Tankers are more deadly anytime there’s accident, why were they not banned.
The real cause of the accident at Ojuelegba was Lastma that was struggling with the steering of the truck……nobody look deep enough to check stuff.
Must we throw baby with the bath water?
It’s a pity we lost lives in the process, God rest their souls.
