A Lagos State Police inspector simply identified as Mr Okhion has been caught on camera intimidating and demanding bribe from motorists.
In a premeditated plan to abruptly stop the traffic light in order to put drivers in trouble at a traffic stop in Oregun, the officers changed the light from green to red without prior indication of warning yellow light.
The drama that happened at Oregun in Ikeja Lagos recently was all caught on camera.
