Mrs Nike Azeez, a very wicked landlady who reportedly poured petrol on her tenant’s apartment and set it ablaze has been arrested.
In a bid to forcefully eject Adeleke Shakiru, the suspect destroyed all the property inside the apartment.
When the victim reported the matter to the police, Nike Azeez’s husband, Jamiu was arrested and detained at Isheri Osun police station.
Adeleke Shakiru lost N250,000 he kept in the apartment at the time his landlady set his apartment on fire on Tuesday.

She was caught at an hide out in Alakuko area of Lagos today.
Her husband has been released.

SHE SHOULD PAY THIS TENNANT TEN MILLION COMPENSATION IF IT IS TOO SMALL THE JUDGE SHOULD ADD MORE WITH FIVE YEARS IN JAIL.

What is the landlady’s reason for her action? The tenant’s story is shaky because a house owner is not likely to set fire to an apartment owned by her and only rented by the tenant just to get the tenant off the property. Petrol fire is strong and will endanger the entire house so landlady needs to be insane to do that.
Also, the 250k kept at home by the tenant sounds like a tale for the marines. Hear both sides for this story is not easy to believe.

Some issues do not have to be REASONABLE and LOGICAL to be believable.
Why? Because of the many apparently “senseless” but true stories we hear everyday.
Pray it doesn’t happen to you or one of yours.
I believe this story because something similar happened to us in Mafoluku, Oshodi Lagos.
We were very poor, had issues with the landlady and her children (issues bordering on spirituality, on envy, because we were doing well in school and her children weren’t, they wanted a new tenant in order to get more money, etc) and they asked us to leave. Her husband, the landlord, who she had diabolically turned into a moron was still collecting rent from us. But the landlady and her second eldest daughter (very evil lady. She’s barren by the way, and every man who dates her dumps her if they see no pregnancy is forthcoming. I guess the reward for her deeds. Till today, she has NO CHILD. I do not rejoice, just emphasizing a point) got some people to take off about one third of our one room apartment roofing in the rainy season, in order to eject us forcefully. Our apartment was flooded and most of our things got ruined. We cried and cried. It was one of the darkest periods of our lives. For many nights, we couldn’t sleep. My sister had a baby too and everywhere was wet and inhabitable. I remember I raised up my voice in anger and cursed that lady and her entire family. When we reported them to the police, the officers asked us to vacate the house for them before they did us more harm. We cried to some humane family members, who came to our aid and we got a cheap one room apartment on the outskirts of Lagos.
Such a long story!
We’ve come a long way, to the glory of God. I live in one of the best countries in Europe today, all glory to God.

If you know what has become of its members, you’ll always remember evil never pays and that God listens to His oppressed children whenever they cry unto Him.

A Landlady??? God forbid, I can never live in any house own by a lady, NEVER!
First of all, we were not told what was the reason for the ejection?
Because, a landlord/lady cannot just wake up one day and set a tenant“s room ablaze just like that. There cant be smoke without fire.
However, Blessed art thou if you have your personal building, even if its a HUT, for you shall be totally free from landlord/lady‘s bully.
I wanna go a-hunting…

This is one story too much. Did the landlady forget who the actual owner of the property is? She has now incurred a great debt, and whether or not the tenant is lying about the 250k in his appartment may not be ascertained.
We are not told whatever the tenant did to his madam. But what I see here could be summarised under anger management.

He has 250k at home and he couldn’t pay to retain his room. Landlady burnt his bedbug room. The landlady lacks patience, the tenant is also stubborn. Now, the landlady is at fault, for taken such drastic decision.

How can she set her tenant apartment on fire dats means she is not an odinery person she must be a witch. Because i know d victim very well we have stayed tugeda for a very long time so he can not lie abt d 250k.
