Peter Okoye twin brother, Paul Okoye has started a new home construction project.

The entertainer took to Instagram few hours ago to tell fans he is building yet another mansion in Parkview estate Ikoyi.

An insider revealed exclusively to NaijaGists.com today that the brothers have sold their edifice (Squareville Mansion) located at Omole estate, Ikeja Lagos to a private buyer.

The source said Paul Okoye is likely using his own portion from the proceed of the sale to build a mansion.

This will be the singer’s first solo home at Parkview estate.

The source said the N1.5billion mansion they jointly bought in Banana Island Ikoyi two years ago is yet to be sold.
