A promotion was conducted by MTN yesterday at Usmanu Danfodiyo University in Sokoto.
Within minutes of their arrival, people quickly gathered round the place to collect free t-shirts and other promotional materials.
If this were to be voters education rally, paper presentation, and other educational occasion, the crowd will not even be one third of this size.
The new sense of patriotism in Nigeria is called “materialism with no effort”.
