August 20, 2012 – Six Gunmen Kill Two PDP Boss Guests
6 unknown gunmen on Sunday storm the home of Alhaji Sahabo Jauro, the PDP Chairman in Mubi N. LGA of Adamawa state on Sunday killing two guests instantly.
According to a witness, the victims were visitors to the PDP politician home.
The witness said about 6 gunmen stormed Alhaji Sahabo Jauro residence at around 8pm and ordered everybody to lie down.
“They collected money and handsets from the people before shooting sporadically as they retreated, hitting four people in the process,” he said.
Mr Mark Idakwo, the Commissioner of Police in Adamawa, confirmed the incident and urged the public to give any information that could assist the police to track the gunmen.
