March 20, 2016 – True Confession By Nigerian Actress Ene Miltex Ogiri: The Day A Female Fan Slapped My Butt

True confession by Benue-born Nollywood actress Ene Miltex Ogiri…

I love and appreciate my fans a lot, they are very important to me in this journey. I’ve had so many funny experiences with some of my fans. One day, I went to the bank with my elder sister in Abuja and decided to wait for her in the car. Suddenly, I got a hot slap on my back! My goodness, it was so painful and when I turned in shock, I saw a lady standing and smiling and she says, ‘Is this you? Na lie, na lie!’ What! I was speechless, tears rolled down my eyes, I felt so weak I couldn’t say a word; it was a pastor who sat with me in the car that spoke up. He said, ‘Ha madam, all this slap because you like her!’

Then the lady said, ‘Sorry please, I was too excited, I just love you, I will tell my husband and my children that I saw you, please take care’. She walked excitedly to her car and drove off.

On Sexual harrassment in Nollywood

I have never been sexually harassed by a producer or a director but I have been asked by some to have sex with them in exchange for a very good role and I said no. So they left with their role and I left with my dignity. End of story.

Lol. That was very embarrasing. I think that as a star, you seriously need to work on your temperaments because some fans will drive you to your limits becuase of excitement. Harsh reactions from your would definitely dwindle your fan base.

Oh my baby Ene, please I’m so sorry for my first comment. I never knew it was you, you look different in that pictures. I believe you because you don’t always appear in movies like others do. I believe you can never use your dignity for just a role. I love you because you are decent. Cheers
