MC OPJ of Wazobia FM 95.1 in Lagos has landed himself in legal trouble after he was caught urinating in a drainage around Lekki area of Lagos state Nigeria.
The 54-year-old On-Air-Personality appeared before a Tinubu Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday. He is facing 2-count of urinating in a drainage and resisting arrest.
The prosecutor, Sgt. Daniel Ighodalo, told the court that the offences were committed on May 12 at about 8.00 p.m. at Marwa Bus Stop, Lekki.
He however pleaded not guilty to the charges.
He was granted a bail by The Magistrate, Mrs Olaitan Ajayi.
The case has been adjourned to the 18th of June for hearing.
