    This idea is good in Western environment where people are spending money to lose some weight not a good idea in an impoverished environment like Nigeria. A lot of folks are not getting their regular meals let alone implementing this starvation idea. People are on 001, 100, 010 schedule already. That may even brings out some underlying disease because their body may not be getting required vitamins to enable normal body metabolism s.
