I do not see what the issue is here. make-up depends on how you feel and the occasion. Celebrity ladies do this all the time; check Ovation, City People and the rest.The fact that some sad, tiresome person(who might even do the exact make-up soon) started a comment does not mean we actually have a federal case. Next issue please: does anyone know what is going on with Melaye and his governor and the ‘recall’ matter?
