I personally I do it to one I eat at home fir preservation. After spraying it I store the beans in an air tight container. We start to eat from there after two weeks. Any time we want to eat it, we wash it first, and also remove the first boiled water on it before cooking it for consumption. I hvv done it for years and nothing happened to my family.
