4 Gay Men Arrested In Bauchi State Nigeria For Sodomy
June 12, 2014 – 4 Gay Men, Homosexuals Arrested In Bauchi State Nigeria For Sodomy
4 gay men who got arrested in Gumau city on Thursday the 8th of May, 2014 for alleged sodomy appeared before a Shariah court in Bauchi today.
The prosecutor in charge of the case, Abubakar Garba said the accused, Abubakar Alhassan, Sani Sale, Shehu Ahmed and Misbahu Sale, were caught having carnal knowledge of themselves in Gumau Town on the aforementioned date.
Garba said the offence contravened Sections 126 and 133 of the State Shari’ah Laws, 2001, adding that homosexual also contravened the Penal Code.
However, Alhassan, Sale and Ahmed pleaded guilty to the charge and asked for mercy, but the fourth accused, Misbahu Sale, pleaded not guilty to the offence.
The case has been adjourned till the 26th of June for further hearing.

It is disgusting for a man to have sex with his fellow man. It is inhuman, sodomy is an abomination pls guys desist from this devilish act and ask for forgiveness. Jesus is willing to accept u if u truely repent and confess homosexuality as sin may God have mercy on u.

Wow.. All this guys ***** from their mouths like a ****, what differentiates their sins from yours is they were caught isn’t it? See let me tell you guys one thing, all sin is equal before Gods sight be it homosexualism,lesbianism,adultery,fornication,robbery,corruption and even masturbation have the same penalty! So remove the loins in your eyes before others peoples own! Not that am in support of sodomy but you guys should be realistic in cases that involves ones life! Thanks
