An insider has released more information on the arrest of controversial gay prostitute Idris Okunneye aka Bobrisky.

Though it was earlier reported that police picked him up for coming out as gay, we can now confirm with you that the controversial gay was also arrested for allegedly threatening to take the life of popular stylist Toyin Lawani.

Bob who also confirmed his arrest blamed Toyin for filing a petition against him in Abuja because he refused to apologise to her when he threatened her through a message he sent to her online.

Because he refused to publicly apologise, police picked him up at his bae’s home in Lekki Lagos yesterday.

However the source added that Idris Okunneye has been on police radar ever since he came out as gay.

So as we speak, he has two cases on his head.

He will be prosecuted for practising homosexuality and for threatening fellow citizen’s life

Our source said he was placed on surveillance days before his arrest.

Police reportedly stormed his house last night with arrest warrant.

In a bid to evade arrest, he requested to contact his friend but he was not allowed.

However Bobrisky who was moved to Abuja in the early hours of today is still blaming Toyin Lawani for his ordeal while shielding the second reason for his arrest from the public.
