On June 12, the smart politician seeking re-election was presenting an award to the widow of late activist Gani Fawehinmi when an item fell off.
Without thinking twice, our “Oga on Top” bent down to pick the item.
Most Nigerians on the social media accused Mr President of playing politics while others wondered at his humility.
Since President Buhari is seeking reelection, his good deeds will be termed as politics.
Truth be told, President Buhari action in the above video is wrong, that is the duty of his aides.
Even Tinubu will never do what President Buhari did here. Totally out of place.

There is nothing wrong with being courteous. We know he is full of nepotism but that doesnt mean he cant show simple courtesy as a president

The woman would have stayed away of the greek gift.buhari is abachas best friend and he has stated it most times.such award is an affront to Gani and what he stood for.same to abiolas family whom he approved june 12 as democracy day.all for re election and publicity stunts.

What our President did was not that bad. Call it anything you like, it’s a good gesture. Was it not few days ago when the Holland PM or so spilled his coffee and he took the broom from the cleaner and mopped the floor himself? How come his aid didn’t do it? Come on Nigerians. Please let us grow up a bit. Am not a Buhari fan but please. Haba.

So if it was his wife, wouldn’t he have done the same for her? PMB is a human being first, then President. Why are we Africans so pompous and full of pride? We carry title as if that is the criteria for making heaven, Dr, Chief, Engr, Architect, Barrister this or that. Otunba-Osiba, Ikemba of dis, Gorodom of barreltown, Arekegbe of Elemu n’gbadun etc. Make we thank Oyinbo wey bring us education o. Empty barrels …….

DB, i never thought you can say something good about this man just because of hatred you have for him. From your previous comments i knew you cannot stand him but this time around you decide to give him credit to what he has done on behave of entire nation. You never let your emosion affect your good judgement. It is good sometimes to be unbias when we want to make our opinion known.
