CAC Church Leadership Crisis Ends At Ongoing 2017 Worldwide Pastors’ Conference In Ikeji Arakeji
September 22, 2017 – CAC Church Leadership Crisis Ends At Ongoing 2017 Worldwide Pastors’ Conference In Ikeji Arakeji Osun State
The 27-year old crisis in Christ Apostolic Church (CAC) may have come to an end because a delegation of the church’s leadership, the Supreme Council, worldwide, stormed the venue of the ongoing 2017 CAC worldwide pastors’ conference at Ikeji-Arakeji, Osun State, on Wednesday.
This, it was gathered, could be indication that the 27-year-old crisis in the church has ended.
The delegation, headed by Pastor Henry Ojo, commended Pastor Abraham Akinodun-led CAC on moves, at various times, to end the crisis and integrate all members.
“In both factions, God has raised God-minded leaders. Our leader sent us here to commend you on what you are doing here. On behalf of our leaders, we are here today. What God has started, He will help you complete it. God will bless you abundantly. We thank you for what you did for us. Before this conference ends, we look forward to receive you too.
Also on the occasion, son of the founder of World Soul Winning Evangelical Ministry (WOSEM), Prophet T. O. Obadare, Pastor Paul Obadare, who was at the event under the leadership of WOSEM, commended the Akinosun-led leadership in making efforts to ending the CAC crisis. He added that it was an August occasion.
In his response, Akinosun said the event marked a turning point in the history of the church, adding that frantic efforts had been made at various stages but, God decided to watch the trend of events.
