Nollywood actor Emeka who was ejected from his school property by his landlord last year has threatened him with a 2 billion naira lawsuit.
The popular actor was forced out of the property over his refusal to pay his 83-year-old ailing landlord his rent.
After several months of legal battle, he was eventually sent packing by the court.
In a recent interview, the actor has threatened to sue the man.
He further said he has relocated his school to an undisclosed location on the Island.

Emeka, I’m highly disappointed in you. Pray you don’t get same tenant after your hard work in movie industry at ur 80s. At that time, your young tenant might sue you for $ 2million. Leave the old man alone to enjoy his pension, he worked hard.

I wonder why he failed to pay his rent in the first place. Perhaps there were necessary repairs that the landlord refused to carry out on the property. Some landlords are like that.
One always has to look at cases in a balanced way, rather than apportioning blame to just one party.
