Oct 5, 2016 – Ex UI VC Prof Olufemi Bamiro Attacked By Kidnappers At Oluyole Ibadan, Rushed To UCH
Professor Olufemi Bamiro is currently recovering at UCH Ibadan following an attack by some suspected kidnappers.
The former VC of the University Of Ibadan was shot by some gunmen attempting to kidnap him at Oluyole area of Ibadan last night.
He was rescued by the officials of Oyo Police Command who responded to a distress call from his family yesterday.
Prof Bamiro was rushed to UCH Ibadan where he is currently receiving treatment.
