How To Break Out Of Bad Routine And Start Seeing Results In Your Life

We human beings are creatures of routine. Even the most spontaneous among us stick to a lot of routines and habits in life. For us, it is challenging to try different approaches to the problems in our life.

Yet, that phrase still holds true. If you want different results than what you’re getting, you have to try different approaches.

The things you did yesterday have brought you to the life you have today. If you want something different, you have to do something different today to create a different life tomorrow. There’s no other way to get there.

So, what kind of results are you looking for in your life?

Here are some tips on how you can break the routine and start seeing the results you want in your life

Step Outside Your Comfort Zone

Do something that makes you uncomfortable and conquer it. The shift in your own energy will attract new experiences and new life into your life. Take a class you always wanted to try or swim with sharks! Gt out there and experience new adventures.

Break a bad habit

Prove to yourself that you can do it and that you are worth it. Imagine if you saw your “baby self” doing what is bad for you or your own child. What advice would you give them? Then love yourself enough to take your own advice.

Don’t be afraid of change

So many of us feel like we have to uphold to these images that people think we are so we continue to do them to make others comfortable. For example, lets say you are known as the party animal drinker that entertains everyone when you get drunk. You literally have the excuse of your friends expecting you to be “that guy” so you continue to destroy your liver. If all of a sudden you decide that you want to stop drinking and get healthy, the change could be quite a shock to some of your friends. The beauty here is, the ones that support a positive change that you have made are your true friends, the others never where to begin with.

Adapt one positive habit a day

This can seem overwhelming but I’m talking about taking the stairs instead of the elevator or having an apple instead of a cookie. You never know who you may meet taking the stairs and you are putting it out there that you are healthy and fit and will attract that energy.

Notice where repetition comes up

Do you keep dating the same person or attracting the same situations. These patterns will continue to follow you no matter what town you move to, until you discover the lesson to be learned and make an inner change.

Remember if you keep doing what you’re doing now, you’re never going to have anything different than what you’ve already got.

I challenge you today to do things that will get you result, change your routine if you noticed the routine you are used to has stopped bringing the expected results.

    It is a tough thing to do. My bad habit is that I stay on Facebook for a long period of time, I just can’t wait to break it
