In February, the eldest son of Robert Mugabe’s wife, Russell Goreraza killed a man in his car in Harare.
He was arrested and convicted of manslaughter.
However, the judge handling the case said he ordered the convict to pay $800 fine because of his reluctance to go to jail.
The 31-year-old convict simply told the court. “I regret and want to apologise for the incident”.
