Weeks after comic Nollywood actor Olaniyi Afonja alias Sanyeri denounced his intention of selling his popular wedding video for one million naira to a movie marketer, the truth has been exposed.
The movie star reportedly prevented cameramen from entering the wedding venue to avoid any media leak.
But contrary to Sanyeri’s claim, the wedding video is already on the movie shelves across Nigeria. While the original copy goes for N500, the pirated copy is being sold for N150 at Alaba International market.
The wedding video has been titled igbeyawo Sanyeri.
The actor got married to his long-time lover, Awawu Omolara Jimoh on the 1st of Dec 2013 at Anchor events centre in Agidingbi, Ikeja.
The wedding ceremony was well attended by his colleagues in the Nollywood movie industry. The couple has 2 kids.
