OC Ukeje who married his Canada-based sweetheart last year has spoken up for the first time since the lavish wedding.
The actor said female fans are sending him dirty and hate messages over his choice of wife.
“I got so many hate messages from female fans. We get messages like that every day but you do not know who is serious and who is joking. I just take all of them at face value and move on because at the end of the day, they are just fans.” Ukeje told Encomium.
Hear what the actor said about his long distance marriage:
“I cannot complain. Things are off on a good start. I am a happy man and I intend to stay like this for the rest of my life and I think my wife has made an honest man out of me. We spoke about the distance between us before we got married. It is something that must be addressed. I do my best to stay faithful to the one that I decided to remain faithful to for the rest of my life. We do our best to stay in touch with each other every day so that we would know what we are up to. We make sure we stay in constant touch with each other,” he said.
Long distance is not healthy for any relationship. Couples should try and work on staying together to avoid temptations.

This lady U are referring to is 110 times better than U .She is a well brought up and educated lady. In fact her mother was the Principal of Queens college Lagos, if at all, U know where that is, cuz I know U a just a common village girl from Abia state.

Juliet, your comment is unwarranted. Nigeria is so mixed up now that there should be no room for tribal hatred. I know a lot of Ibos both men and women who married Yorubas and other tribes and they are happy. Marriage should be between the two lovers who agreed to stay together for the rest of their lives. Marrying someone from your place or tribe does not guarrantee you happiness.
