Nigeria‘s Paralympic athlete, Yakubu Adesokan has made Nigeria proud by winning the first gold medal for Nigeria at the Paralympic Games that is currently ongoing in London.

Adesokan, 33 made history in style today by breaking the world record in the power lifting men’s 48 category by lifting 178kg which is over 3 times his body weight.

Today is the first day of the Paralympics Games that is currently ongoing at ExCel in London, England.

This is exceptional!
